Splatoon 2 Gets Special Artwork For Japan’s Upcoming Innerwear vs. Outerwear Splatfest

Japan’s next Splatoon 2 Splatfest is in collaboration with casual wear designer and retailer Uniqlo to see if players prefer warm innerwear or outerwear, and we got a look at special artwork for the event.

今回のお題は「あたたかいインナー vs あたたかいアウター」。
体を芯から温めてくれるインナーは、野外の活動には欠かせない。
冷たい外気から体を守ってくれるアウターも、さっと羽織れて外出時に重宝する。

“The innerwear that warms our core is indispensable when it comes to outdoor activities. Outerwear that protects our bodies from the cold outdoor air is definitely treasured. Both are mighty allies during the cold season, but which one will you choose?”

Those of you in Europe will get a “Film vs. Book” Splatfest this Saturday. It shouldn’t be long until we get artwork for the event as well.
