Splatoon 2 Gets Special Artwork For Upcoming Action vs. Comedy Global Splatfest

Nintendo recently announced that Splatoon 2’s next Splatfest event will be a global one that asks players around the world to choose between two genres of action and comedy. Here’s special artwork for the event.

スリルや爽快感を味わいたいなら「アクション」、笑いや癒しを求めたいなら「コメディー」と言ったところか。

“This time it’s about ‘If you’re watching a drama or movie, which would it be—action or comedy?’ I say those who want something thrilling and exhilarating should go for ‘action’ and those who seek comfort and laughter should go ‘comedy.’ Those of you who still aren’t sure should think about the last thing they enjoyed watching. It’s okay to go with anime titles as well.”

The Action vs. Comedy Splatfest starts on January 12, 2018 at 8:00pm PT.
