When the Splatoon 2 Update 3.0 was announced during the March 2018 Nintendo Direct, some new music was playing in the background. New tracks from The Chirpy Chips will be added to the game. They are the Splatoon chiptune band known as ABXY in Japan. Now, Nintendo has released one minute previews of both songs on YouTube. Each video also offers a look at new art of the group, which has a sea anenome as its vocalist.

The first new The Chirpy Chips song is “Battery Full.”

The second song is “Chip Damage.”

Splatoon 2 is available for the Nintendo Switch. Update 3.0 will arrive in late April 2018.
