The official Twitter account for the Final Fantasy VII Remake has been using screenshots to show how things changed between the concept art phase and actually creating areas in the game. Except, the way things are looking, it looks like the game rather faithfully adapts areas from Midgar’s Sector 1 train station into “real” life.

The first Final Fantasy VII Remake screenshot and concept art tweet actually was posted on July 16, 2019 and showed off one of Shinra’s Mako Reactors overlooking Sector 1. First is the concept art.

The second pair shared on Twitter just appeared today. These look at the Sector 1 Station. In the concept art, we see an attendant at the ticket booth and turnstiles, with the listings for different trains above, a staircase, and a security check alert. In the screenshot, Cloud is actually fighting Shinra soldiers near the signboard and further inside the station.
