Square Enix Officially Announces Kamitsuri, A Mobile Game With A Theme Of Gods And Fishing

Following the teaser for the new “dramatic RPG,” Square Enix has officially announced Kamitsuri, an upcoming smartphone game with a theme of gods and fishing. Here’s a look at its latest trailer.   While not much is currently known about the gameplay of Kamitsuri (which roughly translates to “god fishing), you can get a glimpse of it in the recent trailer that shows off a bit of its spiritual fishing. The story is said to be about the waves (light) and the calm (darkness) that interweaves countless gods in a dramatic RPG.   In addition to the upcoming smartphone game that is currently up for pre-registrations, the game is also getting a manga through the Manga One app as well.   Kamitsuri will launch in Japan this summer for Android and iPhone.
