Star Fox Zero Works With amiibo

When Star Fox Zero comes to the Nintendo Wii U, people will be able to bring some of their favorite NFC figures along for the ride. Nintendo confirmed that the latest entry in the Star Fox series will be amiibo compatible. However, it didn’t mention which amiibo will work with the game, or what they will do when tapped to the GamePad.

 

There are currently two Star Fox amiibo already available. Both Fox McCloud and Falco Lombardi were released as part of the Super Smash Bros. line. Fox is available everywhere, but Falco was a Best Buy exclusive.

 

Star Fox Zero will be released on the Nintendo Wii U on April 22.
