An update has been released regarding the progress of the Nintendo Switch version of Stardew Valley. Chucklefish CEO’s Finn “Tiy” Brice took to Twitter to reveal it is one step closer to making its debut. It was submitted for testing phase on August 29, 2017.

This came with an assurance that the bugs that Chucklefish knew were present in Stardew Valley’s Nintendo Switch version were squashed when testing began. A follow-up tweet on August 31, 2017 confirmed testing is still ongoing.

Stardew Valley should appear on the Nintendo Switch in 2017.
