Steins;Gate Elite Gets A New Trailer For Its Bonus Famicom Game

Recommended Videos

Steins;Gate Elite is due to come out on September 20, 2018, in Japan, and Mages president Chiyomaru Shikura revealed a new trailer this week for the first-print bonus Famicom version of Steins;Gate that will come with the Nintendo Switch version of Steins;Gate Elite.

Shikura comments that he was scolded by the marketing team for promoting the first-print bonus over the main game, but went through with making the commercial anyways.

Although not for sale, Shikura also showed off that the Famicom game can work on the actual console, and an actual game box and cartridge was made for Steins;Gate on Famicom. Of course, the Nintendo Switch first-print bonus is digital-only:

Steins;Gate Elite will arrive on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan on September 20, 2018. However, Steins;Gate Elite was announced to be delayed to 2019 earlier this month for regions outside Japan.
