A new Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin trailer appeared during the December 18, 2021 Final Fantasy Birthday Celebration Live Stream. In it, a major moment from the original Final Fantasy is recreated. People can see the new four warriors, led by Jack Garland, as they leave Corneria and head out into the world to start their quest.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin will come to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on March 18, 2022. It will only be available on the Epic Games Store on PCs. People who pre-order a digital copy will get access on March 15, 2022.
