Stranger Of Sword City Website Hopes To Introduce Itself To Xbox One Owners

We’ve seen quite a bit of Stranger of Sword City footage from the PlayStation Vita version of the game, but the Xbox One release has remained a bit of a mystery. Fortunately, Experience doesn’t want people who might purchase it to be unfamiliar with the JRPG. A new website dedicated to the console is now open, complete with a first trailer filled with in-game footage.

Stranger of Sword City is a dungeon RPG. That means the whole point of the game is to create a custom party of characters, send them repeatedly into a dungeon, and hope they solve quests, further chart the labyrinth, level up, learn skills, grab blood gems, and become the strongest people in Escario. As a plus, characters not in your party still earn experience. So this is one of those games where it behooves you to create 16 characters, the maximum number possible, so you can always have the six best for any situation by your side when dungeon crawling. Since characters can also change classes, you’ll always have options.

The Stranger of Sword City will come to both the PlayStation Vita and Xbox One in North America on March 22, 2016. It will be released on European Vitas three days later, on March 25, though a European Xbox One release has yet to be announced.
