Street Fighter 6 AKI and TMNT Trailers Appear at Evo

At Evo 2023, Capcom showed off a Street Fighter 6 AKI trailer and shared a TMNT crossover with customization items. AKI won’t show up in the game until Autumn 2023. However, the heroes in a half shell will show up on August 8, 2023. These announcements follow an earlier reveal at the event that showed Outfit 3 costumes for Dee Jay, Guile, Juri, and Marisa.

First, here’s a look at the Street Fighter 6 TMNT crossover. It begins by showing a player heading to the kiosk for the event in the Battle Hub. After that, it shows the costumes for Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael. We also get to see bandanas for avatars, pizza, a pizza-eating emote, stamps, and phone wallpapers.

This isn’t the only crossover teased for the game. We also learned about a Spy x Family one in the past. Part of that included mangaka Tatsuya Endo drawing Anya Forger as Chun-Li.

As for AKI, here’s how she’s looking in Street Fighter 6. Her video is actually rather lengthy. We first see her in World Tour mode, gathering fallen herbal medicine. A player’s avatar stops to help her out. She then forces the original character to take the pill. We don’t actually get to see her fight though.

She follows Rashid, who was added as DLC back in July 2023.

Street Fighter 6 is immediately available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, with its TMNT crossover arriving on August 8, 2023 and AKI showing up in Autumn 2023.
