A Street Fighter and Free Fire collaboration is on the way. In July 2021, both Ryu and Chun-Li will join the Free Fire cast. There’s also a trailer showing how both of the characters will look in the game.

Garena didn’t offer many details about what exactly will appear when Chun-Li and Ryu join Free Fire. The two characters will be there. “Exclusive content” and collectibles were mentioned too. The game itself will also get a new interface.

Here’s the latest Free Fire trailer. In the promotional image at the end, you can see Ryu next to Kla and Chun-Li next to Kelly.

Free Fire is a battle royale game. About 50 people all land on the map, with the goal of being the last one standing. Each character has their own special abilities. For example, Kelly is good at sprinting quickly across maps. As Kla practices Muay Thai, he has stronger fist damage when attacking other players. There are also characters who could be used in a more supportive manner, as Kapella increases the potency of healing abilities and items.

Free Fire is available for Android and Apple iOS devices. The Free Fire Street Fighter crossover event will take place in July 2021.
