Street Fighter V Colors DLC Refunds Will Go Out in April

Capcom fixed an issue with Street Fighter V DLC regarding unintentional multiple purchase of different color options and offered an update on when refunds will roll out. Essentially, the problem was that people saw they ended up “purchasing” the Default and Story Colors add-ons repeatedly after getting a Season 5 Character or Premium Pass. Capcom patched things up and says people will get money back after the April 19, 2021 server maintenance.

Here’s what happened in March 2021. People who already purchased the Street Fighter V Character Pass or Premium Pass then might have had multiple charges for Season 5 Characters Default Colors 3-10 and Season 5 Characters Story Colors 3-10. This was due to a bug. The April 19, 2021 refunds will send money back to PC players’ Steam wallets. On the PS4, people will see Fight Money returned to their account due to how the bug affected that system.

This is the second rather big bug to be squashed in Street Fighter V in 2021. Back in March 2021, Capcom sent out a patch to fix the Stereo audio option.

Street Fighter V is available for the PS4 and PC, and the Season 5 Characters Default and Story Colors DLC refunds will be sent out after the April 19, 2021 maintenance.
