Super Bomberman R has a launch date. During the Nintendo Treehouse Live with Nintendo Switch stream, it was revealed that the game will be available both physically and digitally on March 3, 2017.
We were also able to see some details regarding Super Bomberman R’s gameplay during the live stream. Characters can be customized, so if both people would want to use, say, the Yellow character, they could use accessories to tell them apart. We also were shown how some stage accents can be used strategically. In one level, ruins actually hid your character and any placed bombs, making it possible to hide or drop a bomb to surprise opponents.
The Nintendo Switch will launch on March 3, 2017.
