Super Groupies Death Note Watch Returns

Super Groupies, a Japanese fashion brand that creates subtle clothing and accessories based on with anime and game series, is reproducing a wristwatch inspired by the watch held by Light Yagami, the protagonist of the anime series Death Note. The watch is available for purchase from the official online store for 32,780 yen ($226.40). It also ships outside Japan. The watch itself is multi-functional, coming complete with a hidden back compartment that can be pulled out, just like in the original story. The product sample images tease at being able to fit a strip of paper inside it. The watch is made of water resistant stainless steel.
