We recently learned that Super Robot Wars is finally headed to PC but the first of two titles in Super Robot Wars V got an October release date for Japan for the Nintendo Switch version in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine. [Thanks, Ryokutya2089.]

The PC version’s release date wasn’t announced, but it will support controls for mouse and keyboard. The Switch version is priced at 7,600 yen for the standard version and 11,600 yen for the limited edition version.

The games will include all the bonus scenario that were available on the PS4 and PS Vita versions as DLC. First-print copies of the game include the “Present Scenario Special STarter Pack,” “Lovely Present V,” and will also get to use the original mechas “Grungust” and “Huckebein” from the start of the game.

Super Robot Wars V releases for Nintendo Switch in Japan on October 3, 2019. It’ll release for PC via Steam as well. Super Robot Wars X is also headed to Switch and Steam.
