Bandai Namco recently announced Taiko Drum Master: Doko Don! Mystery Adventure, an upcoming 3DS title with an original RPG-style mode. Famitsu gives us a look at its first screenshots.
While most of its gameplay will still revolve around the series’ familiar rhythm game aspect, it’ll feature the “Mystery Adventure Mode,” an original RPG-style mode where you’ll get to explore the Mystery Spots around the world with Don-chan and Kacchan, participate in battles as you advance through the story. You can also level up allies and have parties of up to 8 characters.
Taiko Drum Master: Doko Don! Mystery Adventure will release in Japan on June 16, 2016 for Nintendo 3DS.
