Take Another Look At Tales Of Xillia’s Elise And Her Pet/Weapon Tipo

Elise is one of the characters Kosuke Fujishima designed for Tales of Xillia. She joins Jute, the game’s male lead, after two characters meet in a mountain village.

The purple thing on her shoulder is Tipo, a pet that also acts her weapon in battle. Tipo grabs on to Elise’s back in "Tipo On" stance. This amplifies her natural spirit magic ability by borrowing some of Tipo’s power. Elise can shoot bullets from her staff in "Tipo On" mode.

In "Tipo Off" mode Tipo becomes Elise’s weapon and deals physical damage.
