Velvet Crowe is out for revenge in Tales of Berseria. She has a score to settle, and the kind of strength and inexplicable abilities needed to accomplish her goals. In Bandai Namco’s latest trailer, “The Calamity and The Blade,” we get a glimpse at her backstory and motivations, see what her abilities entail, and glimpse the sorts of adventures she’ll go on with Laphicet and her crew.

Be advised, you may encounter some spoilers for Tales of Berseria’s story if you watch the latest trailer. Like the one released last week, it covers some of Velvet’s backstory and offers insight into why she’s undertaking this quest.

Tales of Berseria will come to North American PlayStation 4s and PCs on January 24, 2017, followed by a European release on January 27, 2017.
