While Namco Bandai makes dozens of Tales trademarks in Japan, they don’t bother filing things like Tales of Favorite in the West. Usually, whatever trademark is registered in North America or Europe is the true Tales trademark.

Siliconera found a trademark for Tales of Zestiria in the European trademark database. We’re betting this will be the name of the next major Tales title and since Namco Bandai already registered Tales of Zestiria in the West there’s a good chance they will bring the game over here.
