Target Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sale Shows PS5 Games

People will have their first opportunity to start getting next-gen games at a discount at Target. Slickdeals shared a picture of the November 8-14, 2020 flyer. The headline deal is a buy two, get one free sale that applies to both board and video games. It is a mix-and-match offer that shows PS5 games appearing as potential options in two places. The first place PS5 games appear in the B2G1 Target ad is on the front page. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and NBA 2K21 boxes both appear. On an inner page, the box art for Godfall, which is a PS5 and PC exclusive, appears.

In addition to the next-gen games, a few other recent releases appear as applicable titles. The Nintendo Switch version of Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memories, Xbox One version of Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and Xbox One version of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla are all there too.

Here are the two Target ad pages.

As is typical with these sorts of sales, not all games are included in the offer. The fine print on the inner page says that pre-orders aren’t applicable. Some games will also be excluded, though there’s no list offered.

Target’s B2G1 sale will begin on November 8, 2020 and run until November 14, 2020. As a reminder for shoppers in the United States and Canada, the Xbox Series X will launch in North America on November 10, 2020, followed by the PlayStation 5 on November 12, 2020.
