Bandai Namco has made some major announcements regarding Tekken Mobile, its mobile version of the fighting game. We now know exactly when it will release in all regions and who the exclusive character will be. Depending on where people live, they may be able to start playing in February 2018 or March 2018. In all cases, Bo “Rodeo” Montana will be available for everyone to use starting March 1, 2018.

Tekken Mobile will appear first in Africa, Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia on February 1, 2018. On February 15, 2018, it will launch in Austria, Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland and the UK. Finally, it will come to Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the United States on March 1, 2018.

Rodeo was introduced in a new trailer.

“Bo "Rodeo" Montana is a former All-State Football Champion and US Marine. While on a secret mission, Rodeo and his unit was ambushed by Revenant, draining his and all his comrades physical strength and training. In order save his comrades he must defeat Revenant and recover his powers.

Rodeo features long reach and massive HP, with a fighting style comprised of military techniques mixed with MMA training. Although he is a new character to the TEKKEN franchise, he is a driven, loyal fighter whose training and fight style rival the most powerful existing fighters.”

Tekken Mobile will be available on Android and Apple iOS devices.
