Tempest and more Atari classics evolve on Xbox Live Arcade

tempest2000.jpgAsteroids and Asteroids Deluxe just popped up on the Xbox Live Marketplace and they are going to be followed by more Atari remakes soon. Real soon. This holiday season Atari is going to release updated versions of Tempest, Battlezone and Warlords. The latter two include features like online play and support for the Xbox Live Camera.

Out of the three I’m anticipating the evolved version of Tempest. If it’s anything like Tempest 2000 or even includes a port of the Jaguar game count me in.
