It was announced yesterday that Timi Studio, a group under the Tencent Games umbrella, will be developing a Pokemon game alongside The Pokemon Company. (Not Game Freak.) [Thanks, 4Gamer!]
Not much is known about this title, including whether the game will be a mainline or spinoff title. However, Timi Studio’s past games include the wildly popular Honor of Kings, Arena of Valor, Call of Duty Mobile, and more, so the game is likely coming to smartphones as well.
The new Pokemon title by Timi Studio and The Pokemon Company is currently in development.
