FuRyu are working on a new Terra Formars game for the Nintendo 3DS, featuring playable characters like Akari Hizamaru, Michelle K. Davis, and more. The latest trailer for the game shares a closer look at the action.
Terra Formars: Fierce Battle on the Crimson Planet features familiar characters from the series, along with its own original story mode. There’s also a competitive versus mode where you can test your skills against other players in the “Super Mars Ranking Mode”.
Again, the game has a secret mission called the “BUGS2 Chapter,” which tells the tale of what happened 20 years prior, which can be unlocked upon meeting certain conditions. There are also new Terraformar cockroach enemies that will be exclusive to the game as well.
Terra Formars: Fierce Battle on the Crimson Planet is slated for release in Japan on April 2, 2015 for Nintendo 3DS>
