Surprisingly, it isn’t anyone from the usual AQ Interactive group comprised of Cavia, Artoon and Feel Plus. Brownie Brown, the studio behind Magical Starsign and Sword of Mana is taking care of Blue Dragon Plus. The choice is pragmatic because Brownie Brown is fresh off another Nintendo DS real time strategy game, Heroes of Mana. Perhaps, Brownie Brown is modifying their Heroes of Mana engine and gameplay to better fit Shu, Nene and monstrous blue shadows.
