The Great Ace Attorney 2 Details One Of Its First Cases And Its Characters

Phoenix Wright’s ancestor Ryunosuke Naruhodo will be back in action this August when The Great Ace Attorney 2 releases on 3DS in Japan. Here are some details from the official website on one of the first cases and its characters.

Here’s a summary on the latest story details that involve a British woman who was killed on the beach:

In the midst of tense diplomatic relations between the Empire of Japan and the British Empire, a female foreign exchange student from Britain was killed in an incident. Haori Murasame, a female student of Teito Yumei University who was alone with the victim at the time of the incident, was arrested.

With the issues of diplomatic relations, no lawyers were expected to make a stand for Haori… except for one—by the name of Ryutaro Naruhodo. With “resolution” hidden within his school uniform, Ryutaro challenges the courtroom.

Haori Murasame

A female student of Teito Yumei University, and also a good friend of Susato Mikotoba. She was arrested while at a beachside that became a crime scene. Haori is enrolled in the same lab as the victim, a British foreign exchange student.

Natsume Soseki

He’s a novelist who returned to his country after studying abroad in the British Empire, and is currently working on the serialization of his novel “I Am A Cat.” He’s been getting attention as a promising new novelist who just returned home from Great Britain, but he was witness to a crime while gathering info. He’s familiar with Ryunosuke Naruhodo due to a past case.

Hosonaga Satoru

An Imperial detective who witnessed the incident while on duty by the seaside. If you’re wondering about the getup, he put on the same appearance from the time he witnessed the incident in order to give a perfect testimony. He’s a professional when it comes to disguises and being an undercover detective, and knows Ryunosuke Naruhodo from a past case as well.

Ryutaro Naruhodo (CV: ???)

Ryunosuke Naruhodo’s cousin, and a student of law at the local university. He steps up as the defense for his close friend Susato Mikotoba. He’ll challenge this trial with special thought and resolution.
