To celebrate the one-year anniversary of The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy, Too Kyo Games announced several upcoming events and projects, including a stage play adaptation and a manga adaptation of the story. The stage play will appear first in August 2026. The manga will follow in Winter 2026 on Manga Up and is confirmed for Japan only so far. One of the ending themes is now online as a lyric music video as well.

To start with, the Aniplex YouTube channel uploaded the lyric video of Sincere’s “Sedum.” This song plays during the closing scenes of Ending 001. The lyric video also contains spoilers for that ending and route, so be mindful of that if you haven’t gotten there in the game yet.

The manga adaptation of The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy will appear on the Manga Up platform. Serialization will start in Winter 2026. Illustrator Ejeu is handling the illustrations. The promotional image for the manga adaptation features Takumi, Eito, Darumi, and SIREI.

As for the stage play, it’ll run between August 8-16, 2026. There will be ten routes, which consist of the first 100 days, and then nine branches. There will also be multiple endings. Say, for example, you go to the show on August 8, 2026, and your friend goes to the one on August 9, 2026. The two of you would see entirely different experiences, much like how everyone can have a different impression of the game or its characters while playing depending on the order of the routes they access.

More information on the cast and routes is available via the official website. Tickets for The Hundred Line stage play start from 9,800 JPY ($61.45) and go up to 15,000 JPY ($94.05). Of the characters, only Moko has been double-cast. She’s played by Yukina Uehara and Big Haruka, who are both professional wrestlers.

The Hundred Line -Last Defense Academy- is readily available on the Nintendo Switch and Windows PC. You can read our review of it here.
