Hailing from Fatal Fury, Billy Kane returns to The King of Fighters series as a playable character in The King of Fighters XIII.

The console version of The King of Fighters XIII will have over 30 characters. Reserve the game in Japan and you’ll get an additional character who will be available via downloadable content. Specific details have not been announced and it’s unclear if Atlus will run the same promotion in North America.
