Siliconera was invited to a closed door preview of The Last Guardian. During the preview, creative director Fumita Ueda made a statement a bit about what was shown at Sony’s E3 press conference:
“When Triico (the name of the title’s mysterious animal) saves the young boy from a disastrous fall, that’s all fluid gameplay. None of that was a cutscene; you have control and during all of it.”
