Square enix released another trailer demonstrating The Last Remnant Remastered through various aspects of improvement, and the theme of the latest video is its updated graphics.

 

The development team changed the rendering engine for the remaster going from Unreal Engine 3 that was used in the original 2008 Xbox One version to Unreal Engine 4 for PlayStation 4. The updated engine allowed for higher-resolution graphics with improved texture resolution, detailed lighting adjustments, and more.
