The Delibird Pokemon Sword and Shield Raid could show up in any den in the Wild Area. (You might also start seeing a lot of distinctive stamps.) While the creature isn’t exactly a rare spawn, as you can find it frequently in normal Wild Area locations when it is snowing, this does provide people a chance to get it during an especially festive time.

There is also a bonus to catching Delibird in the current Pokemon Sword and Shield Raids. In the spirit of the season, you get more rewards than usual after facing one. For example, when I participated in a two-star Delibird Raid, I ended up getting one Blizzard TR, one Ice Stone, one Pretty Feather, 14 Exp. Candies S, and four Exp. Candies M.

If you decide to go into a Pokemon Sword and Shield Delibird raid, make sure you are prepared. The character is completely immune to ground moves and resistant to bug and grass-related attacks. However, rock attacks are four times as effective as usual! (Electric, fire, and steel attacks are also super effective.)

Pokemon Sword and Shield are available for the Nintendo Switch. Don’t forget to redeem the latest Ball Guy codes in the game or catch Gigantamax Snorlax.
