As a reminder, both Trails Through Daybreak 1 and 2 are two of the three games in the Calvard arc of the series. It follows Spriggan Van Arkride, Agnes Claudel, and their allies. In the second part, they end up getting involved in the investigation of murders. While this sequel originally appeared on the PS4 and PS5 in Japan in September 2022 and PC in certain languages in January 2024, NIS America confirmed it will release the game on the Switch, PS4, PS5, and PC when it launches next year.

Here’s the latest trailer for the announcement:

This leaves just one entry in this trilogy so far that isn’t confirmed for a worldwide release yet. The Legend of Heroes: Kai no Kiseki -Farewell, O Zemuria- is the third part. It is set to come to the PS4 and PS5 on September 26, 2024 in Japan.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak 2 will come to the Switch, PS4, PS5, and PC in early 2025. The first game in this new trilogy is available on the Switch, PS4, PS5, and PC now.
