Genius Sonority announced the free-to-play game The New Denpa Men support will end on December 7, 2026, which means the game will shut down that day worldwide. The company also immediately cut off all paid purchases, so it’s no longer to get the Jewel currency or things The game is two years old.

The New Denpa Men functioned similarly to past entries in the series. Players would collect Denpa, add them to a party, then explore dungeons and take part in turn-based battles. It was also possible to decorate areas. With the free-to-play version, currency could be spent on items and there was a stamina system.

While, as a whole, this entry is over two-years old, that only applies to the Switch version of the game. It showed up on the console in July 2024. It’s only a year old on mobile devices, as that version showed up about a year after in March 2025. A Switch 2-specific port also launched, and that will be only about eight months old when service ends.

As for a refund, it seems unused currency will be eligible for one. People can provide a Support ID until March 31, 2027 to apply. Further details will appear on the official site in the coming weeks.

The New Denpa Men is available on the Switch, Switch 2, and Android and iOS devices now, though the game will shut down when service ends on December 7, 2026.
