We now know what the next Limited Run Games NES game and Game Boy Color game are. The company is working on two Natsume games. One is Shadow of the Ninja, and the other is its spiritual successor Return of the Ninja. Pre-orders for the standard and limited editions of each one will be open between November 27, 2020 and December 27, 2020.
Limited Run Game’ NES copy of Shadow of the Ninja will be an NTSC cartridge. A basic copy that gives you the game alone will be $54.99. The $84.99 collector’s edition comes with a set of pins of the lead characters, Hayate and Kaede, an acrylic standee of the pair, the soundtrack CD with 12 songs, a poster, and a metal coin.
The Return of the Ninja Game Boy Color cartridge has a similar offer, though it comes in at a lower price. The cartridge alone will be $44.99. Should a person opt for the collector’s edition, it will be $74.99. That adds a pin set involving the two characters, Tsukikage and Sayuri, an acrylic dioramma standee, a metal coin, a poster, and a 16-song CD.
The Limited Run Games Shadow of the Ninja NES and Return of the Ninja Game Boy pre-orders will open on November 27, 2020.
