The Nintendo Switch Launches In China Next Week With New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe

Tencent and Nintendo announced today that the Nintendo Switch will be released by them in China with one game bundled at launch, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe.

The bundle will cost 2,099 yuan in China (around $300 USD), and while one game doesn’t seem like a lot, Super Mario Odyssey and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe are also on the way. Nothing has been said on whether the newer Nintendo Switch Lite model will also eventually be sold in China.

Preorders for the Chinese Nintendo Switch begin today, while the Switch launches in China on December 10, 2019.
