The Red Star, finally coming out next month

The Red Star was originally going to be published by Acclaim a few years ago, but after they went belly up the fate of the game was uncertain. Then XS Games announced that they picked up the title as a value game priced at $19.99. After many delays it is finally coming out next month on April 2^nd. What kind of game is the Red Star? It’s a top down Smash TV style shooter where you play as one of three characters from Christian Gosset’s series. One thing interesting about the Red Star is that it blends in bullet hell patterns for players to dodge. If you’re a fan of Ikaruga or Espagluda you might want to check it out.
