Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call Trailer Shows New Songs And Modes

In addition to all the new songs and characters Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call will have from titles such as Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn and Final Fantasy Type-0, the game will also have several new modes such as a competitive versus mode. In a new trailer, Square Enix showed off new footage from the game.

 

 

The trailer shows its first bit of action at 0:24, with Battle Music Stages that show many familiar tunes such as Garuda’s primal fight theme from Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, Hunter’s Chance from Final Fantasy IX, Waltz for the Moon from Final Fantasy VIII, and more. They also show a theme from Final Fantasy Type-0 at 1:08.

 

At the 1:22 mark, we also get a look at how we’ll be acquiring rhythm points, versus mode, a bit on the Quest Medley mode. You can check out more details on these modes from our earlier report.

 

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call will be released in Japan on April 24, 2014 for Nintendo 3DS.
