With both Gears 5 and Borderlands 3 set to kick off the busy September release schedule, the Japanese side of things is notably quiet except for a few exceptions. The first of these is Daemon x Machina, the latest mecha game by Armored Core producer Kenichiro Tsukuda that has you zipping around fighting enemy mecha controlled by a rogue AI. Aside from battles, you can also customize your mecha and enhance your body with synthetic parts, and apart from standard weapons you can also pick up enemy parts and battlefield objects and use them to attack the enemies. The other big release is eFootball PES 2020, Konami’s latest release in the soccer series that improves upon the Master League mode and graphics as well. Finally, visual novel Amnesia is releasing for Nintendo Switch this week in Japan. As a reminder, Siliconera gets a small portion pocket change from your purchases from our Play-Asia links below.
