Granblue Fantasy Versus, the spinoff fighting game of the popular smartphone RPG Granblue Fantasy, gets ready to rumble on PS4 this week. Developed by Arc System Works, the game pits characters like Gran, Katarina, Charlotta, Lowain, and Percival against each other. There’s also an interesting RPG mode which is local multiplayer-compatible, and one of the game’s features include tutorials on how to find openings against other characters – great for those trying to gain a footing in the genre. This week also sees the Nintendo Switch launch of Touhou Spell Bubble, a Touhou fangame developed by Taito, of all places. Think of it as a rhythm-based version of Puzzle Bobble featuring arrangements by Taito’s famous sound team, and more.
