If you take the… concept behind the Senran Kagura games and throw it into a Phantasy Star Online-like game, you get Scarlet Blade by Nexon. This is a free-to-play MMORPG with busty characters roaming the realms. A recent update to the game features a character drawn by Tiger & Bunny character designer Masakazu Katsura. 
The above is a look at “Whipper,” an original character that will be part of a new quest added in the update, available to players who’ve followed the line of quests thus far. The update will be rising the level cap from 44 to 49, and will be adding new bosses and dungeons. Here’s a look at some the content:
