The collection will feature some special features. For example, you will be able to rewind and make save states. People could remap the buttons to customize the controls. There will be a museum element that goes over the history of the TMNT games. Also, some of the titles included can be played online with other people.

This is one of two TMNT games being released in 2022. Dotemu is also preparing TMNT Shredder’s Revenge. That title is an homage to the beat’em ups from the past. In addition to the turtles themselves, characters like April and Splinter will be playable in it.

TMNT The Cowabunga Collection will come to the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC in 2022.
