Sunday morning Toys ‘R Us stores around North America opened up to a line of customers waiting to pre order PS3s, Wiis and Tickle Me Elmos. By Friday night all seven Playstation 3s were sold in a Toys R Us outside of Los Angeles and the Wiis were gone sometime Saturday afternoon. If this is any indicator of how things are going to go on launch day Wal-mart, Target and Best Buy are bound to have lines for days. Instead of waiting at popular stores early adopters might have a slightly better chance camping out at Costco or Sams if they don’t mind paying for a bundle package. Another option is waiting until another shipment comes, is it really worth all of the trouble to get a PS3 on launch day?
