It spends over two minutes going over what to expect from the game.

The Trails into Reverie gameplay trailer begins by introducing the Reverie Corridor, with Rean Schwarzer and Lloyd Bannings and their allies approaching it. After that, it shows how someone can build a party with four attackers and four supporters made up of characters. You’ll then head into turn-based fights with these characters, pulling off link attacks.

After showing the battle system, the Trails into Reverie gameplay trailer looks at minigames. One is Magical Alisa LS: Love Shot, a shooter with heroines from the series as magical girls. After that is Who Wants to Be a Mirannaire, a quiz game with four difficulty options ranging from Easy to Maniac. Vantage Masters, the familiar series card game, appears next in the video. Project Tyrfing closed out the minigame section. Finally, at the 1:30 mark, it starts showing more casual activities at the beach like racing around the lake and busting open a watermelon.
