TWEWY Series Music Comes to Groove Coaster: Wai Wai Party as DLC

People can find The World Ends with You and Neo TWEWY songs in a new place, as music from the games are now part of a Groove Coaster: Wai Wai Party DLC pack. The $15.99/1,650円 add-on is available in Japan, North America, and South America now. On April 28, 2022, it will show up in Europe. Note that while the avatars and navigators are only from the TWEWY series, the same isn’t true from the tracks. As this is billed as a Game Song Pack, ones from other titles appear too.

As with past Groove Coaster: Wai Wai Party DLC packs, this one consists of three different kinds of items. To start, you get avatars and navigators based on TWEWY and Neo TWEWY characters. The avatars, which “ride” on the “rail” when you play through songs, are based on Neku, Rindo, Minamimoto, Shoka, and R-Gray0. Koki Uchiyama and Yuma Uchida appears as Neku and Rindo as Navigators.

As for the music, this Game Song Pack includes at least four songs from TWEWY and Neo TWEWY. 10 total are available, but five are from other games and one is billed as a “secret.” The two TWEWY tracks are “Someday” and “Twister -Final Remix-.“ As for Neo TWEWY, “New Game” and “Last Call” appear.

Here are the other five known songs in the add-on.

  • Dragon Spirit Medley”
  • The Genji and the Heike Clans Medley”
  • ”Namcot Medley”
  • ”On the Verge of Rivival (Red Hardcore Remix)” from Psychic Force
