Cygames confirmed that Umamusume: Pretty Derby Main Story Chapter 5, which follows Silence Suzuka and includes beats from her background from the original anime, will appear in the worldwide version of the game on January 22, 2026. There’s also a new trailer for the chapter, which is called “Scenery.”
Each of the Umamusume: Pretty Derby Main Story parts focuses on different characters and tend to be inspired by the horses’ actual racing careers, and “Scenery” covers both the Silence Suzuka story and the alternate ending she gets in the game and anime. In real life, the actual horse died following a terminal injury sustained when running the Tenno Sho (Autumn) race.
As is typical of Main Story segments, this addition will be split between visual novel segments and actual races. By completing it, we can unlock a new song called “Transforming.” That’s performed by Silence Suzuka and Agnes Tachiyon. We can also get the new SSR Speed card featuring Suzuka from it.

The last Main Story Chapter appeared in October 2025. It focused on Narita Brian.
Umamusume: Pretty Derby is available worldwide on the PC and mobile devices, and the Main Story Chapter 5 following Silence Suzuka will appear on January 22, 2026.
