Uniqlo updated its Japanese site to show its next collection of crossover clothing will be a Sanrio Characters on the Beach collection of pants. These will only be available in women’s styles and sizes. The items will start to show up in Japan in early June 2026. The North American site doesn’t show the collection yet, but does include others that previously appeared in Japan like the Manga UT Shueisha 100th collection inspired by different manga and anime series.

Each of the four pairs of pants in Japan will cost ¥1,500 (~$9.60) each. They all feature a capri style cut. Different pairs have different prints with the beach-themed versions of characters, however. The white and navy blue pairs both feature tanned versions of Cinnamoroll, Hello Kitty, My Melody, Pochacco, and Pompompurin in swimwear alongside palm trees background. The pink one consists of My Melody in her swimsuit holding a pool ring, with darker pink polka dots. The blue option only features Pompompurin and Pochacco, with darker blue starfish and sea shells around them.

Here’s how all four kinds of Uniqlo Sanrio Characters on the Beach relaxed, capri pants will look:

There are also close-up photos offering better peeks at the patterns on each pair.

This is the second recent Japanese crossover collection reveal for Uniqlo. There’s also an array of Dragon Quest items. That line involves unisex shirts.

The Sanrio Characters on the Beach Uniqlo clothing collection of relaxed fit pants will show up in Japan in early June 2026, and we’ll likely see them worldwide eventually as well.
