Back at gamescom 2019, NIS America confirmed that an Utawarerumono: Zan demo would be appearing on the PlayStation Store to give people a chance to sample the game before buying it. Now, it has already gone live. People can head to the PlayStation Store to pick up the 1.28GB free trial.

The product listing doesn’t explain what the demo is like. However, it does note that it is a single-player experience. The full game allows people to use 12 characters from Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception and fight through battles inspired by the visual novels with strategic, turn-based battles.

Utawarerumono Zan will come to the PlayStation 4 on September 10, 2019 in North America and September 13, 2019 in Europe. It is immediately available in Japan.
