Poncle shared a 2026 roadmap for Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard from Vampire Survivors that shows three updates with new characters, cards, stages, gems, and arcanas, and post-game Challenge Stages will show up throughout the rest of the year. The Death Parade, the first one, is the most detailed. However, there are no release windows for when the extra content will show up. In addition, the 1.5 patch added an Endless Mode for folks who beat the game, a deck view option, card sorting, and the ability to click settings at any time.
Since the Death Parade update is coming first and is listed as “coming soon,” all of its additions were shared. We also know that will include a Relic that can be toggled on to limit the size of your hand while exploring and fighting. There will also be one Challenge Stage with this and each other update.
Here’s the full list of what Death Parade will include:

- Chair Game
- Crawler Brawler
- Infinite Combo
- Unbreakable Spirit
- New Cards:
- Karoma’s Mana: Switch X. Gain X Mana. Adaptability.
- La Robba: Deals X damage to multiple enemies. Bouncy. Scavenger X. Discard X.
- Spirit Disturbance: Deals X damage to an enemy. Crit. Crit explosion. Roaring. Afterlife.
- Unearthly Bolt: Deals X damage to an enemy. Prioritize attackers. Crit. Crit Explosion. Afterlife.
- New Characters:
- Big Troubler: Discard X cards. Obtain X Coin Purse. Crawler.
- Sir Ambrojoe: Switch X Cards. Crawler.

- Afterlife

Bone Deep will follow Death Parade. That adds the Bone Deep stage, two characters, four arcanas, four cards, and four gems. The final 2026 update will be Curdled Tunnels. That will feature a stage, four characters, four arcanas, seven cards, and eight gems.

In 2027, the game will get another new feature called Astral Stair.
Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard from Vampire Survivors is available for the Switch, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the next 2026 roadmap update will be the Death Parade.
