Virtuos, the China-based game studio known for their work on various third-party ports such as Dark Souls Remastered, revealed that they’re working on Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster and Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age’s upcoming ports for the Nintendo Switch and Xbox One. Virtuos has some history working on remaster versions of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster and Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age  over the years having ported to PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita.

 

The studio is co-developing Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster and Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age on Switch and Xbox One. As for other Switch titles, they worked on ports of L.A. Noire and Dark Souls Remastered, and Starlink: Battle for Atlas.

 

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster releases for Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on April 16, 2019. Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age releases for Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on April 30, 2019.
